Meaningful Change is Possible!

Meaningful Change, LLC, offers Online Mental Health Therapy Services, to adolescents and adults ready to improve their mental health and quality of life, in meaningful ways. The primary modality used in treatment is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and is complimented by a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) informed approach. All interventions used are grounded in Trauma Informed Care, and services are provided via a HIPPA compliant platform.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an Evidence-Based Treatment, which can assist in identifying unhelpful and inaccurate thought patterns, and introduces practical strategies to make changes. CBT uses a specific session structure, which allows participants to know what to expect for each appointment. The complent of DBT skills assists with difficulty managing intense emotions, struggling to maintain healthy relationships and building more effective interpersonal skills. CBT is effective for a wide range of mental health issues like anxiety, depression, in a relatively short amount of time.

I had the opportunity to join Representative O’Mara and her team for a Mental Health Fair in Media! It was a great day for sharing resources, and learning more about what services are available in the area.

Thanks to everybody who came out and made it a successful day!
